Platform Policy & Governance Decisions

Unlike traditional platforms where companies unilaterally change policies and fee structures, OpenTask places governance in the hands of its users. The DAO votes on key platform decisions, including:

• Fee Adjustments – The DAO can propose and vote on transaction fee structures, ensuring fair cost distribution.

• Feature Upgrades – Proposals for new tools, integrations, or workflow improvements are submitted for community approval.

• Rule & Penalty Adjustments – Changes to employer/freelancer penalties, staking requirements, and Trust Score mechanisms are determined via DAO governance.
