The DAO maintains and enforces OpenTask’s NFT-based reputation system, ensuring trust and transparency in freelancer-employer relationships.

• Reputation NFTs Are Immutable – Work history, ratings, and reviews are stored on-chain and cannot be erased or manipulated by any party.

• Trust Score Adjustments – Employers and freelancers who repeatedly violate platform rules may face DAO-enforced penalties, including reduced visibility and restricted privileges.

• Community-Led Blacklisting – In cases of severe fraud or misconduct, the DAO can vote to blacklist malicious actors from the platform.
